This group of professionals provided A+ service and products. They communicated multiple times between the estimates and completion of the fence. This was also a small project, under $2000 and they treated us with professionalism and respect. I cannot say enough for this firm!

We looked around at several companies to do just a small portion of our fence. It felt like a few of them didn’t want to do a “small job.” Chaplin came right out for their pre-inspection, quickly gave us an estimate (which was half the price of the next competitor), set up and received the appropriate permits and then came out and put up our fence so efficiently, professionally and it looks great. I 110% recommend them for any job, big or small. We plan on using them when we’re ready for the rest of the fence.

We also asked if they could build a play structure while here which they not only did but built an amazing one. We are in a new subdivision and wanted to get our fence done quickly so we could isolate from construction and our dogs could enjoy our yard. Let's face it...at some point, your going to have to replace or repair your fence, and when the times comes you're going to probably stress about it. The whole process was easy and did not cause any stress. They arrived on time and did all there measuring and also asked all the important questions related to what I was looking for. They not only provided a detailed quote, but a separate quote for each side of the fence, so I could show it to my neighbors in case they wanted to contribute to the cost. When it was time to start the replacement, Otto and team showed up exactly on time and started the project. Throughout the process he kept me informed and answered any questions I had. When it was all done, he cleaned up and made sure my landscaping and surrounding area looked as good or better than when he started. My fence looks great, feels very strong and I am confident I made the right choice when I selected Chapin Fencing to handle my fence.
